Refund Policy
At Torode Xocolatl our products are perishable. We cannot be held responsible for the product once it has left our store. This means we do not refund or exchange any items (unless the customer is delivered the wrong item/order). If an amendment needs to be done, please contact us immediately at (03) 9857 0971.
Xocolatl will do as much as possible to ensure that the product is received in the best possible condition. However, we will not take responsibility for the product once it has left our store.
